I’ve just published a new post on the JobPage Social Recruiting blog highlighting some of the hot young London based startups that are recruiting right now, including Teamly, Huddle, HouseTrip.com, GlobalDev, ArtFinder, Conversocial, Last.fm, MindCandy, Skimlinks and Mendeley.
London, particularly around Silicon Roundabout, really is a hot-bed of activity right now – rivalling only Silicon Valley in terms of the concentration of startups within geographical one area. My own company JobPage is based in TechHub - right in the epicentre, so i know first-hand how the london startup community changed over the last couple of years.
Recruiting the best staff is one of the most critical issues startups experience in their first few years. Hiring the wrong staff can easily stop a hot young startup becoming the next Google or Facebook.
